Audley Travel is expanding into UK Retail stores and seeks a Personal Travel Expert in Poole to own the client relationship from first contact to post-trip engagement. You will blend proactive sales with travel expertise to convert footfall into long-term relationships, working with Country Specialists to deliver premium, personalised holidays.

Qualifications

• Sales-driven, client-facing role in travel or premium service environment.
• Strong consultative selling skills and ability to convert opportunities.
• Ability to manage end-to-end client relationships and deliver high levels of service.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage retail customers and convert footfall into opportunities.
• Build a forward-looking pipeline and design/sell holidays within product areas.
• Own the end-to-end client relationship from first interaction to post-trip engagement.
• Collaborate with Country Specialists to co-create itineraries and deliver destination expertise.
• Provide brand ambassador presence in-store and support in-store events.
