Job summary

Pandora is seeking an organised, proactive and results-driven Assistant Store Manager to lead from the shop floor and drive retail operations across the store. You will coach a high-performing team and role-model our selling ceremony to deliver world-class service.

The role requires strong people skills, commercial acumen and a passion for Pandora products, with availability across typical retail hours including weekends. You will be the backbone of store operations in the manager’s absence.

Qualifications

• Proven experience driving sales and profitability in store.
• Passion for driving a culture of exemplary customer service, with the ability to establish and coach a high-performing team.
• Strong communication and organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise, being adaptable and flexible to changing business needs.
• Positive, can-do attitude with contagious enthusiasm for Pandora product and core values.

Responsibilities

• Drive store performance by analysing sales, KPIs, and customer feedback to inform commercial decisions.
• Support the Store Manager in planning and executing effective business strategies that deliver on sales targets.
• Champion visual merchandising and product displays to reflect brand guidelines and maximise commercial impact.
• Lead, coach and develop a diverse team to unlock potential and support development.
