Job summary

Pandora is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Glasgow to support the Store Manager, lead a high-performing team, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You’ll model our selling ceremony and drive store performance through strong commercial sense and coaching.

You’ll be responsible for daily operations, stock control, rotas, and compliance while upholding Pandora values and maintaining a first-class shopping environment.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in retail management or as an assistant manager is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication and coaching abilities.
• Experience with a leading brand in consumer retail is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Drive store performance by analysing sales, KPIs, and customer feedback to inform commercial decisions
• Assist Store Manager in planning and executing strategies to meet sales targets
• Champion visual merchandising to reflect brand guidelines and maximise impact
• Build and lead a diverse, engaged team through coaching and development
• Deliver clear communication and provide regular feedback
• Model Pandora values and lead by example across the team
• Be a Pandora ambassador on the shop floor with strong product knowledge
• Inspire the team to create personalised customer moments through our selling ceremony
• Maintain exceptional customer service and resolve escalations professionally
• Support daily tasks: rotas, stock control, till operations, and safety/compliance
• Plan staffing levels aligned with commercial needs and seasonal trends
• Ensure high shop floor standards and smooth stock management
