Job summary

Pandora is seeking an organised, proactive Assistant Store Manager to lead from the shop floor and oversee retail operations in the UK. You’ll inspire a high-performing team and drive commercial performance while delivering world-class service to customers.

Responsibilities

• Drive store performance by analysing sales, KPIs, and customer feedback; use insights to inform commercial decisions.
• Support the Store Manager in planning and executing strategies to deliver on sales targets.
• Champion visual merchandising and product displays to reflect brand guidelines and maximise commercial impact.
• Build, lead and nurture a diverse, inclusive team with development in mind.
• Provide clear, impactful feedback and conduct development conversations.
• Model Pandora values Dream, Dare, Care, Deliver across the team.
• Be Pandora ambassador on the shop floor with deep product knowledge and storytelling.
• Inspire the team to create meaningful moments for customers and deliver excellent service.
