Job summary

Joe & The Juice is looking for an Assistant Store Manager in Greater London to assist the Store Manager with daily store operations and lead a fast‑paced team. You will ensure top guest experiences, adherence to health and safety standards, and consistent performance across all areas of the store.

You will drive sales, mentor team members, and uphold the brand's people‑centric approach while advancing through a Moneyball career path within a vibrant, international network of Juicers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a leadership or key‑holder role (e.g., Shift Leader, Supervisor, or similar).
• Experience in a fast‑paced team environment; teams of +10 employees is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Highly motivated to develop as a people‑centric leader and grow a career in management.

Responsibilities

• Operate and assist the Store Manager in daily store operations to ensure highest performance.
• Lead and engage the team, delivering best-in-class guest experiences.
• Drive sales and optimize store EBITDA to achieve KPI targets.
• Align team with company virtues and operational principles.
