Job summary

Costa Coffee by Sim Trava is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Rotherham. You will work closely with the Store Manager to keep the store efficient and guest-focused, driving operations, culture, and the Costa standard experience.

The role requires leadership, hospitality or retail management background, and a passion for coaching a team to deliver exceptional coffee and service. Progression opportunities exist within Sim Trava.

Qualifications

• Ability to engage and empower the team.
• Willingness to run the store autonomously in the Store Manager's absence.
• Support the Store Manager in decision making and change management.

Responsibilities

• Know the business and what needs to be done.
• Lead the team to deliver an unbeatable coffee experience for every customer.
• Oversee all aspects of operations, from cash and stock management to Costa standards, policies and procedures.
• Monitor KPI reports, Costa Check and Listen and Learn, translating them into daily/weekly actions.
• Manage, coach, and delegate to the team to ensure the store is ready to trade at pace.
