Job summary

Sim Trava is recruiting a Store Manager for a Costa Coffee store in Handforth, UK. You will treat the store as your business, owning stock, standards, team, labour and customers to grow the operation.

The role requires management experience in a fast-paced enviroment, a commercial mindset, attention to detail, and a drive to develop team members. You will manage costs, lead the team, and ensure safe, compliant operations.

Responsibilities

• Taking ownership of all controllable costs through effective management of stock, labour, cash, and training. Making sure to celebrate success along the way.
• Inspiring your team to feel valued and get involved in making the store the best it can be.
• Manage the store KPI report, Costa Check and Listen and Learn then look for trends and opportunities to grow your business.
• Training and developing your team to reach their full potential.
• Owning the health and safety within the store.
