adidas is opening a new store at Resorts World Birmingham and seeks an ambitious Assistant Store Manager to help bring our brand to life and create unforgettable consumer experiences. You will work closely with the Store Manager to lead and develop a high-performing team while driving commercial success in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Assistant Store Manager or equivalent leadership role within a retail environment.
• Strong track record of delivering strong commercial results.
• Experience coaching and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to analyse performance and make impactful business decisions.
• Hands-on leadership style with a passion for creating exceptional consumer experiences.
• Confidence managing competing priorities while maintaining operational excellence.
