Job summary

adidas is opening a new store in Resorts World Birmingham and is seeking passionate, energetic Sales Consultants to join from day one. You’ll deliver outstanding customer service, share product knowledge, and help create memorable experiences that keep customers returning to adidas.

As part of the founding store team, you’ll contribute to a high-energy environment, participate in training and development, and work with a world-class sports brand from day one.

Qualifications

• Passion for sport, fashion, lifestyle, or retail.
• Positive team player who enjoys working with people.
• Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Comfortable engaging with customers and providing excellent service.
• Motivated by achieving goals and contributing to team success.
• Adaptable and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous retail experience is beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service and create genuine connections with consumers.
• Bring the adidas brand and values to life through every customer interaction.
• Help customers find the perfect products by sharing product knowledge and recommendations.
• Support the team in achieving sales and store performance goals.
• Assist with deliveries, replenishment, stock management, and maintaining product availability.
• Ensure the store always looks its best through housekeeping and merchandising standards.
• Work collaboratively with teammates to create a positive and energetic store environment.
• Take ownership of your development through training, coaching, and learning opportunities.
