Adidas in Birmingham is opening a new store at Resorts World Birmingham and is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to bring the brand to life and deliver unforgettable consumer experiences from day one.

This is more than a retail leadership role; you will lead a flagship team, drive sales, coach colleagues, and shape the culture of our newest store. You will balance operations with brand standards and develop talent across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar leadership role within retail.
• Strong track record of delivering commercial results.
• Experience coaching and developing teams.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to analyse performance and drive business decisions.
