Job summary

Oliver Bonas seeks an Assistant Store Manager for our Cheltenham store, working 32 hours per week. You will support the Store Manager to drive sales, inspire the team, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyse a variety of reports to measure the store and team performance.
• Work with KPIs to evaluate the store’s performance and identify development areas.
• Lead by example and guide the team to meet personal and store objectives.
• Deliver a great customer experience and meet service expectations.
• Collaborate with the store manager to ensure excellent customer experiences.
• Create a warm, inclusive atmosphere for customers and staff.
• Support progress meetings and appraisals for team members and conduct them when appropriate.
• Help develop and support team career progression.
• Follow cash handling guidelines and till operations.
• Ensure the team adheres to OB operational standards.
• Communicate clearly and in keeping with the Oliver Bonas tone of voice.
