Job summary

Domino’s in the United Kingdom is seeking an ambitious Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations, ensuring high standards of customer service, food quality and team performance.

You will lead by example, coaching staff, managing inventories and costs, and helping recruit and develop the team while upholding Domino’s values in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Shifts include evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or management experience in hospitality, retail or quick service restaurant (QSR) preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Customer-focused with a passion for delivering great service.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in daily operations and deputise in their absence.
• Lead, coach, and inspire team members to deliver excellent customer service.
• Manage inventory, food safety and store cleanliness in line with company standards.
• Monitor and control costs (labour, food, wastage) to maximise profitability.
• Assist with recruitment, training and development of team members.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety and food safety regulations.
