You’ll coach team members, manage opening/closing duties, monitor food safety, and contribute to a friendly, efficient store culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in a busy, fast-paced setting.
• Supervisory experience in food/retail preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise team during shifts.
• Open and close the store, manage shift changes and reports.
• Ensure food preparation meets company standards.
• Deliver fast, accurate customer service.
• Maintain product control and correct volumes.
• Maintain store cleaning standards.
• Complete statutory paperwork per Food Hygiene Regulations.
