You will forecast labour, manage rosters, and analyse data to improve performance while staying hands-on on the floor, helping customers and guiding your team through busy periods.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in high-volume hospitality environments.
• Strong ability to read and act on commercial data and budgets.
• Proven coaching skills with a focus on staff growth.
