Village, in partnership with Starbucks, is hiring a Team Member to keep the coffee flowing during busy mornings. You will greet guests, craft drinks, stock displays, and maintain a spotless, welcoming cafe environment.

You bring energy, resilience, and a smile under pressure. Great coffee knowledge, teamwork, and attention to detail are essential as you help guests enjoy world‑class drinks across our hotels.

Qualifications

• Passion for coffee and product knowledge is essential.
• Keep calm and deliver great service during busy periods.

• Maintain presentation and food hygiene standards at all times.
• Minimise waste and handle till accurately for smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee and related beverages with care.
• Keep the cafe area clean, tidy and well stocked.
• Provide friendly, attentive guest service and upsell where appropriate.
• Support the team during peak periods with efficiency and pace.
