Job summary

Village Hotels, in partnership with Starbucks, is seeking a hands-on Team Leader to orchestrate daily operations in a high-volume coffee environment. You will coach the team, manage payroll, and ensure the coffee keeps flowing while hitting KPIs.

You are a natural coach with a commercial mindset, obsessive about quality and hygiene, and eager to host tastings and drive local marketing events to energize the team and guests.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to coach and develop a frontline team to meet targets.
• Strong understanding of wage %, par levels and sales of high-margin items.
• Obsessive focus on food safety, hygiene and quality control.

Responsibilities
