Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, café, or premium retailer delivering excellent customer experience.
• Understanding of P&L responsibility or financial impact on store performance.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to train, coach, and support team to achieve targets and standards.

Responsibilities

• Act as store lead in absence of Store Manager; drive profitable sales and KPI delivery.
• Ensure Health and Safety and HR processes are followed and documented.
• Train, coach, and develop team to deliver premium in-store experience.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to plan and execute store initiatives and promotions.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders to build loyalty.
