There's an established team in place, and you will be working directly with them to help create the best customer shopping experience possible. Footasylum is a business that believes in our front-end retail staff.
An Assistant Manager will be responsible for assisting the Store Manager with the store's day-to-day responsibilities. You will do so by taking on managerial tasks such as overseeing employees, modelling effective leadership, and offering excellent customer service. A primary responsibility of an Assistant Manager is to carry out the Manager's role in their absence. You will be supported in your journey, and we will celebrate your milestones. Regular 1-2-1's, training, and support will be available, and you will be given all the tools to help you thrive and feel empowered.
We have a track record of progression, support, and training, with many examples of team members progressing upwards or into new opportunities within the business. Your development is paramount to us, and we want to support you in achieving your goals.
Why Footasylum?
