Due to an internal promotion, we now have an amazing opportunity! We are looking for an inspiring and motivated Retail Store Assistant Manager who loves working with people and inspiring a team to deliver a spectacular customer experience in our busy west end showroom. A passion for eyewear, fashion and exceeding customer expectations is a must!

What You'll Do

• Play an integral role within our retail store team, working collaboratively with our store manager to achieve sales, an outstanding end to end customer experience and operational excellence.
• Lead and inspire the team to be their best, supporting with all aspects of people management from recruitment and on-boarding to training and performance reviews.
• Lead from the front through the delivery of an elevated styling experience through customer styling sessions.
• Assist with visual merchandising to ensure the showroom always looks its best, applying commercial knowledge and insights to make positive changes.
• Support with all aspects of Store Operations; rota planning, stock management and H&S.
• Be the local community face of IOLLA! You will represent IOLLA and play a key role in building an IOLLA community in Finnieston, organising and leading showroom events.
• Seek local community opportunities for partnership - with everything from local influencer partnerships to local groups and businesses to build relationships with.
• Contribute to the development of the brand by providing local insights, trends and overall opportunities that support growth.
