Job summary

British Heart Foundation is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Bolton fashion store. The role is 21 hours per week and requires full flexibility across 7 days including weekends and bank holidays.

You will support the Store Manager and take full responsibility in their absence, driving excellent customer service and strong merchandising. You will inspire staff and volunteers, contribute to store targets and campaigns, and help recruit and develop the team in a fast-paced,

• Supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager with day-to-day running of the store.
• Inspire and support staff and volunteers to deliver an excellent customer journey.
• Assist with recruitment and development of volunteers and stock generation.
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and maximise sales.
• Work with the manager to achieve campaign targets and store goals.
