We currently have an exciting opportunity for a temporary Assistant Manager to join our Spennymoor team.

As an Assistant Manager, you will support the Store Manager in creating a friendly, customer-focused environment that delivers great results and a positive workplace. Your role includes motivating the team, engaging with customers, and working towards the store’s sales targets. As a community retailer, you will actively promote engagement with the local area to achieve top results.

You will work hard, keep it fun, and with our plans for growth, there are excellent opportunities to potentially manage your own store in the future.

We seek individuals with retail management experience and a passion for customer service. Previous experience in a fast-paced, results-driven environment, including team management and engagement, is essential.
