Full Job Description

• You will have a passion for fashion
• Support the Store Manager in all aspects of store operation, and manage in their absence
• Motivate, coach, and develop the in-store team alongside the Store Manager
• Create a store environment with exceptional customer experience and standards
• Build strong relationships with customers and team members
