Job summary

Fashion & Retail Personnel is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Manager for a busy store in Royal Tunbridge Wells. You will work closely with the Store Manager to drive sales and support day-to-day operations.

You'll lead the team, deliver outstanding customer service, manage stock and merchandising, monitor KPIs, and ensure health & safety and policy standards are upheld. A retail supervisory background is essential with strong leadership and organisation skills.
