What We're Looking For

We seek managers with strong leadership or retail experience who can support and energize a team to excel in safety, customer service, operations, and team activities.

What You Are Responsible For

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will lead the team and oversee all aspects of the forecourt and store operations, including our Wild Bean Cafe.

• Prioritize safety for yourself, your team, and customers, following bp policies and procedures.
• Ensure legal and safety compliance across all store operations, including food safety, underage sales, and forecourt activities.
• Work with the team to deliver excellent customer service, focusing on fundamentals, listening to customers, and driving continuous improvement.
• Support team management tasks such as engagement, development, training, and recruitment.
