Full Job Description:

• You will have a passion for fashion
• Support the Store Manager in all aspects of the store, and step in during their absence
• Motivate, coach, and develop the in-store team alongside the Store Manager
• Create an exceptional customer experience and maintain store standards
• Build strong relationships with customers and team members
