Your Talents

As Assistant Store Manager, motivate your team and provide meaningful shopping experiences. You are second-in-command, ready to step in for the Store Manager. Focus on excellent customer service, teamwork, and efficient operations.

Act as a role model and ambassador for Rituals. Support your Store Manager in fostering a culture of trust, recruiting and retaining talented staff, coaching team members, and assisting with daily business activities.

Requirements include:
