As an Retail Assistant Manager at Welcome Break in our Marks and Spencer, you'll be instrumental in overseeing the smooth operation of a busy store, supporting the store manager and your team as well as leading your colleagues to deliver outstanding experiences for every customer who visits.

You’ll work closely with the store manager, develop your leadership and operational skills, and have real opportunities to progress your career further, all while benefitting from flexible hours that work around your lifestyle.
