About the Role

As an Assistant Store Manager, you'll motivate your team to deliver high standards, maximize availability, and drive sales. You'll oversee merchandising, operational standards, and ensure the safety and efficiency of back-of-house areas. You may need to work across multiple store areas and sometimes be solely responsible for the store, including working a three-week rolling rota that includes weekends, evenings, and late nights.
