Job Description:

As Assistant Store Manager, your focus is on motivating your team and providing each customer with a meaningful shopping experience. You’re also second-in-command, ready to step in for your Store Manager and take charge when needed. Your primary goal is to drive your store’s performance by ensuring excellent customer service, effective teamwork, and efficient daily operations.

You will act as a role model and ambassador for Rituals, supporting your Store Manager in fostering a culture of trust through positive and constructive feedback. You’ll assist in recruiting, hiring, and retaining a diverse and talented team. You’ll coach team members to enhance engagement and help them reach their full potential. Additionally, you will support the Store Manager with day-to-day business activities.
