Are you an experienced Assistant Manager, Supervisor or Team Leader ready for your next step in fashion retail?

We're looking for an ambitious Assistant Manager to join a successful fashion retailer in Horsham. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on retail leader who enjoys driving sales, developing people and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

You’ll work closely with the Store Manager to drive store performance, motivate the team and maintain high standards across every area of the operation.

The Role: Assistant Manager

As Assistant Manager, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the store, supporting the Store Manager to deliver strong commercial results and an outstanding customer experience.
