Job summary

Zachary Daniels is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead a large fashion retail team and deliver exceptional customer experiences at a premium store. You will collaborate with the Store Manager to drive sales, present product collections with style, and manage key trading events to maximize commercial results.

You’ll shape in-store journeys that showcase fashion, beauty and lifestyle products, while maintaining high standards of presentation, compliance and customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Store Manager, Assistant Manager, Department Manager or senior retail leadership role within fashion, premium retail, lifestyle or department store environments.
• A genuine passion for fashion, style and customer experience.
• Strong commercial awareness with the ability to translate customer insight into business results.
