Job summary

Zachary Daniels is recruiting an Assistant Manager to join a successful fashion retailer in Whitely. You'll support the Store Manager, lead a team and drive performance while delivering an excellent customer experience.

The role requires strong leadership, experience in fashion retail or similar, and the ability to coach, develop staff, manage stock and operations. In return, you’ll enjoy a salary up to £30,000, a bonus, staff discount and genuine opportunities for career progression.

The Assistant Manager Role

Working closely with the Store Manager, you'll help lead the team and drive the commercial performance of the store while delivering an excellent customer experience.

• Leading, coaching and developing the team
• Driving sales, KPIs and commercial performance
• Delivering an exceptional customer experience
• Maintaining high visual and operational standards
• Supporting recruitment, onboarding and colleague development
• Managing stock and day-to-day store operations
• Taking responsibility for the store in the Store Manager's absence

What We're Looking For

We're looking for an experienced retail leader who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, developing people and delivering strong commercial results.

You'll ideally have experience as an Assistant Manager, Supervisor, Deputy Manager, Department Manager or Store Manager within fashion, lifestyle, premium, footwear, sports or another customer-focused retail environment.

You'll also bring:
