Job summary

Ace & Tate in London is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our Duke Street team. You will work closely with the Store Manager to lead a motivated team and ensure a welcoming store environment, while overseeing daily operations and driving KPIs.

We are looking for an Assistant Store Manager in London Duke Street, 40 hours.

• Keep things running smoothly by overseeing daily operations to ensure everything is working like clockwork.
• Monitor performance by helping track KPIs and supporting the Store Manager in reaching sales and service targets.
• Deliver standout service by guiding customers through every step of the eye test journey with care and expertise.
• Apply your optical skills by helping customers choose the right frames and lenses, and carrying out precise adjustments and lens cutting.

What we offer

• £32,500 – 39,000 gross per yearbased on full-time, plus up to 16% monthly bonus when store targets are reached.
  Salary offered within this range depends on experience.
