Four Seasons Recruitment are delighted to be recruiting for an experienced Store Manager to join a leading luxury beauty brand. This is an exciting opportunity for a confident retail leader to take ownership of a high-performing store, lead a large team and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

The Role

As Store Manager, you will take responsibility for the overall performance and day-to-day operation of the store, leading and developing a team of 20+ colleagues.

You will be responsible for driving sales, maintaining high operational standards and creating a positive, motivating environment where your team can thrive.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a large retail team, ensuring high levels of engagement and performance.
• Recruit, onboard and coach team members, supporting their ongoing development and progression.
• Take full ownership of store performance, working towards and exceeding sales and commercial targets.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the store, including stock, cash handling, health & safety and company procedures.
• Analyse sales performance and identify opportunities to maximise commercial results.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and build strong, lasting customer relationships.
• Act as a brand ambassador, maintaining the highest standards of presentation and service.
• Ensure the store consistently reflects the brand's luxury positioning and attention to detail.
• Complete operational and management tasks to a high standard and within required deadlines.
• Work closely with the wider management team to support the continued success of the store.

About You

• Previous Store Management experience within luxury retail, beauty, cosmetics, fashion or a similar premium environment.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills, with experience managing and developing a large team.
• Commercially driven with a strong understanding of sales targets and store performance.
• Highly organised, adaptable and confident managing a fast-paced retail environment.
• Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and creating memorable experiences.
• A natural team player who leads by example and enjoys developing others.
• Professional, polished and confident, with excellent communication skills.
• Flexible and available to work across store opening hours, including evenings and weekends.
