Retail Human Resources plc is recruiting for a Store Manager role in Stratford Westfield, London. This premier cosmetics retailer seeks an energetic leader to own the store, drive customer experiences, and deliver strong commercial results.

You will lead a high-performing team, ensure operational excellence, and maintain premium brand standards while creating a positive working environment. The position is based on-site in Stratford; salary up to £50,000 per annum.

• Previous Store Manager experience or stepping-stone to Store Manager role.

As Store Manager, you'll take full ownership of the store, leading your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences while driving commercial performance. You'll be responsible for creating a positive, high-performing culture, ensuring operational excellence and delivering outstanding results across all key business metrics.

• Strong leadership skills with experience developing successful teams
• Commercially minded with a proven track record of delivering sales and KPI growth
• Highly organised with strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Energetic, hands‑on, and able to lead from the front

The salary is paying up to £50,000 per annum
