V.Ships Leisure, on behalf of Orient Express Sailing Yachts, seeks an Assistant Spa Manager to lead on-board treatment delivery and cabin standards.

This role blends senior Beauty Expert / Head Therapist responsibilities with team coaching, protocol follow-up, reception support, and day-to-day spa coordination.

You will remain an active treatment provider while supporting the Spa Manager to deliver a seamless, personalised guest experience aboard the yacht.

Qualifications

• Previous spa/beauty therapy leadership experience.
• Experience delivering onboard spa services.
• Familiar with luxury guest service standards.
• Fluent communication and team training abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of spa treatments and cabin standards on board.
• Coach the team, ensure protocol follow-up and training.

Assistant Spa Manager acts as the operational lead for treatment delivery and cabin standards. This role combines the responsibilities of a senior Beauty Expert / Head Therapist with team training, protocol follow-up, reception support, and day-to-day operational coordination.

Also remains an active treatment provider while taking additional responsibility for coaching the team, maintaining Guerlain treatment standards, supporting reception operations, and assisting the Spa Manager in delivering a seamless and highly personalized guest experience.
