Job summary

V.Ships Leisure, on behalf of Orient Express Sailing Yachts, seeks an Assistant Spa Manager to lead on-board treatment delivery and cabin standards.

This role blends senior Beauty Expert / Head Therapist responsibilities with team coaching, protocol follow-up, reception support, and day-to-day spa coordination.

You will remain an active treatment provider while supporting the Spa Manager to deliver a seamless, personalised guest experience aboard the yacht.

Qualifications

• Previous spa/beauty therapy leadership experience.
• Experience delivering onboard spa services.
• Familiar with luxury guest service standards.
• Fluent communication and team training abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of spa treatments and cabin standards on board.
• Coach the team, ensure protocol follow-up and training.
• Assist reception operations and day-to-day spa coordination.
• Provide treatments as active provider while upholding Guerlain standards.
• Support Spa Manager to deliver a personalized guest experience.
