As the Assistant Spa Manager, you will support the Spa Manager in ensuring the smooth operation of the treatment department and provide effective professional management to your team regarding training, standards, and sales targets. With guest satisfaction at the forefront, you will ensure guest schedules are suitable and that extra care is taken at all times.

You will assist in training the team to the highest standards, helping guests with any needs they may have throughout their stay, ensuring they leave wanting more!

You will maintain high standards of presentation and cleanliness and support your team in achieving retail and treatment sales targets.

Requirements include previous experience as a Senior Spa Therapist, experience in managing people, and holding an NVQ Level 2 and 3 or equivalent.
