Role Overview: Assistant Spa Manager

As the Assistant Spa Manager, you will support the Spa Manager in ensuring the smooth operation of the treatment department. You will provide effective professional management to your team regarding training, standards, and meeting sales targets. With guest satisfaction at the forefront, you will ensure guest schedules are suitable and that extra care is taken at all times.

You will assist in training your team to the highest standards, helping guests with any needs throughout their stay, and ensuring they leave wanting more!

You will maintain high standards of presentation and cleanliness and support your team in achieving retail and treatment sales targets.

Candidates should have previous experience as a Senior Spa Therapist, management experience, and hold NVQ Level 2 and 3 or equivalent qualifications.
