As the Assistant Spa Manager, you will support the Spa Manager in ensuring the smooth operation of the treatment department and provide professional management to your team regarding training, standards, and sales targets. Guest satisfaction is our priority; you will ensure guest schedules are appropriate and that guests receive attentive care throughout their stay.

You will assist in training your team to the highest standards, help guests with their needs, and ensure they leave satisfied and eager to return.

You will maintain high standards of presentation and cleanliness and support your team in achieving retail and treatment sales targets.

Applicants should have previous experience as a Senior Spa Therapist, management experience, and hold an NVQ Level 2 and 3 or equivalent qualifications.
