Duties and Responsibilities

1. Assist in managing the daily operations of the spa to ensure smooth workflow and high guest satisfaction.
2. Support hiring, supervising, and training spa staff to deliver excellent service.
3. Monitor and manage spa inventory, including products, equipment, and supplies.
4. Assist in budgeting and financial management to support the spa's financial health.

About You

Proven experience in spa management, with strong organizational and multitasking skills. Extensive knowledge of luxury spa operations, treatments, and health and safety regulations is essential.
