Howells Recruitment is working with a leading Social Housing refurbishment contractor to recruit an Assistant Site Manager for a planned works project in Epping. You will supervise contractors, manage sub-contractors and ensure works are delivered safely on time.

You will inspect properties pre and post works, chair progress meetings and oversee day-to-day delivery of the programme, maintaining high standards of health and safety.

Qualifikationen

• SSSTS or SMSTS qualification.
• NVQ Level 3 or 4 (working towards acceptable).
• Experience in Social Housing refurbishment/regeneration.
• CSCS Card.
• DBS check required or willing to undertake DBS check.
• First Aid certification.
• Strong Health & Safety understanding.
• Asbestos Awareness.
• Full clean driving licence.

Assistant Site Manager - Social Housing Planned Works
Based in Epping
£45k plus package

We are working with a leading Social Housing Refurbishment contractor to recruit an Assistant Site Manager to join their team in Epping on a planned internal and external works project.

As the Assistant Site Manager you will supervise and manage the contractors undertaking works, ensuring the works are completed in a safe and efficient manner within stated timescales. You will be responsible for management of sub-contractors, inspecting properties pre and post works, taking progress meetings and overseeing the day to day delivery of the programme.

Assistant Site Manager Experience & Qualifications

• SSSTS or SMSTS
• Working towards an NVQ Level 3 or 4
• Social Housing experience
• CSCS Card
• Current DBS / Willingness to undertake DBS Check
• First Aid
• Knowledge of varied trades
• An excellent understanding of Health and Safety
• Asbestos Awareness
• Full Clean Driving License
