Job summary

Untypical Limited is seeking an Assistant Site Manager to join the Delapre Point project in Northampton. You will support the Site Manager to coordinate trades, manage labour and materials, and ensure customer-focused service across a 217-home development.

Key duties include coordinating trades, attending Build/Sales meetings with the Sales Team, deputising when required, and maintaining a safe, well-resourced site that delivers on time and to the highest standards.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 4 in Construction Site Management or equivalent.
• CSCS – Gold supervisor, SMSTS, First Aid at Work.
• Experience managing residential build programmes with health and safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Support the Site Manager in coordinating trades and directing labour and materials to meet the production programme.
• Work with the Sales Team to ensure Build/Sales procedures and show home inspections are carried out.
• Deputise for the Site Manager when required.
• Ensure the on-site team is resourced with clear guidelines and responsibilities.
• Provide training and development support to site workers and manage workload/resources.
• Deliver excellent customer service in line with company guidelines.
• Implement Safety, Health and Environment policies and legal requirements.
• Develop an organisational culture aligned with company values.
• Maintain strong relationships with client and deliver value beyond construction.
