Job summary

untypical is seeking an Assistant Site Manager to join the Delapre Point site in Northampton (NN4) on a permanent contract. You will support the Site Manager in coordinating trades, directing labour and materials to meet the production programme, and deputise when required.

You will work with Sales to ensure regular meetings and show-home inspections are completed, while ensuring the team is resourced and aligned with safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Ability to work to an established build programme and coordinate a site labour force
• Proven experience coordinating trades, supervising on-site activity and directing labour and materials
• Strong focus on customer service and client liaison throughout construction
• Willingness to achieve additional safety/building accreditations during probation

Responsibilities

• Support the Site Manager in coordinating trades and directing labour and materials to meet the production programme
• Work with the Sales Team to ensure Build/Sales meetings are attended and inspections of show homes are carried out
• deputise for the Site Manager when required
• Ensure the on-site Construction team is well-resourced with clear job responsibilities
• Provide site workers with training and development support and organise workload and resources
• Deliver excellent customer service in line with company guidelines
• Implement and comply with Safety, Health, and Environment policy and procedures
• Develop an organizational culture that reflects company values
• Maintain strong client relationships and deliver value to client and company
