Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Assistant Site Manager with a housebuilder.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS.
• A proactive, hands on approach with the ability to drive standards on site.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Site Manager with the day to day running of a busy residential development.
• Coordinate subcontractors and ensure works are completed to programme.
• Maintain high standards of build quality and health and safety.
• Carry out inspections and ensure NHBC standards are met.
• Support the delivery of homes through to completion and handover.
