O’Neill & Brennan is recruiting an experienced Assistant Site Manager for a new residential development in Romsey. The role supports the Site Manager on a busy site delivering traditional houses and apartments.

You will coordinate subcontractors, maintain build quality and safety standards, and ensure NHBC compliance. A proactive, hands-on approach and strong communication skills are essential to drive on-site performance.

Competenze

• Previous experience as an Assistant Site Manager with a housebuilder.
• Strong residential construction knowledge.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS certifications.
• Proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to drive standards on site.
