Job summary

SLH Consult Recruitment partnered with a national house builder to appoint a seasoned Assistant Site Manager for a new build housing project in the West Midlands. The successful candidate will manage on-site operations from first fix through to handover, lead trades and labour, and maintain build quality.

You will ensure NHBC and LABC tolerance guidelines are followed, demonstrate strong communication, and work as part of a proactive site team.

Qualifications

SLH Consult are partnering our client a national house builder who are looking to appoint a seasoned Assistant Site Manager for a new build housing project based in West Midlands.

The successful candidate will have previous experience within the new build housing sector working as an assistant site manager, managing build from first fix through to completion/handover, you will also look after elements of customer care inline with the customer care department, you will be required to lead, motivate and guild trades and labour on site, ensure build quality is maintained and build targets are met, ensure knowledge of NHBC and LABC warranty tolerances and guidelines, possess high level of communication skills and be a team player forming part of the invaluable site team.
