Job summary

SLH Consult Recruitment partnered with a national house builder to appoint a seasoned Assistant Site Manager for a new build housing project in the West Midlands. The successful candidate will manage on-site operations from first fix through to handover, lead trades and labour, and maintain build quality.

You will ensure NHBC and LABC tolerance guidelines are followed, demonstrate strong communication, and work as part of a proactive site team.

Qualifications

• Experience in new build housing projects.
• Ability to lead trades on site.
• Knowledge of NHBC/LABC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction from first fix through to handover.
• Lead, motivate and coordinate trades and labour on site.
• Maintain build quality and ensure targets are met.
• Ensure NHBC and LABC tolerances and guidelines are followed.
• Collaborate with customer care as part of the site team.
