Job summary

4tify. is recruiting an Assistant Site Manager to support a new build residential development in England. You will work closely with the Site Manager, subcontractors and wider team to maintain quality, programme and safety on site.

The role offers hands-on experience, progression to Site Manager, and a culture focused on quality build standards. SMSTS/CSCS are desirable, NHBC knowledge helpful, and you will handle site administration and reporting as part of daily duties.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing site activities on a new build residential development.
• Knowledge of NHBC standards and build processes is advantageous.
• SMSTS and CSCS cards are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support the Site Manager with day-to-day site operations.
• Monitor quality, safety, and programme progress on site.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and document site activities.
• Assist with site reporting and admin tasks as required.
