Crest Nicholson is recruiting an Assistant Site Manager for our Midlands Division to work on the Marston Leys Development in Stratford Upon Avon. You will join a team delivering high-quality, premium homes and communities, with responsibilities across on-site operations, quality control and coordination of trades.

Qualifications

• At least two years in an assistant level site role.
• Experience building traditional homes and completing projects on time.
• Ability to lead on-site teams and coordinate subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Support the Senior Site Manager in day-to-day site operations.
• Assist with ensuring quality craftsmanship and safety standards.
• Coordinate trades, deliveries and on-site logistics to meet project milestones.
